Originally built in 1904, it operated as a cooperative creamery for the first 50 years. In 1985 the building was completely renovated and operated as a restaurant and guestrooms for 25+ years. The building currently has 5 guestrooms (studio apartments) on the second floor that are available for short term to long term rent.
